SPA hotel and golf complex will be located 56 km from Ulaanbaatar among the natural beauty spot, where the infrastructure, such as electricity, roads, communication is highly developed. The purpose of this project is to be implemented to provide the needs of demanding tourists with high standard hotel services with sanitary and other hospitality standards with capacity to receive 80 guests in one time. Within the framework of the project not only to provide hotel and hospitality service, it also will offer golf field, pond and made improvements of environment as providing with gardens and flowers.
